About JK Lakshmipat University
Set up in a sprawling 30 acre campus, JK Lakshmipat University offers students an open, green and high-tech learning environment, combining the serene settings of the Gurukuls of yesteryears with the technological advancements of the new age. JKLU is being set up under Rajasthan Private Universities Act by "Lakshmipat Singhania Foundation for Higher Learning" an SPV set up by the well-established Lakshmipat Singhania Education Foundation.
JKLU is bringing an eminent faculty and visiting faculty of Professors/Associate Professors / Assistant Professors from the country and abroad on board.
Visualised to emerge as a premier institution of higher learning with global standards, the JK Lakshmipat University (JKLU) is all set to put in place a state-of-the-art academic infrastructure for conducting Graduate, Post Graduate and Ph.D. programs in the professional fields of Management, Engineering, Pharmacy, Law, Bio-technology and other Sciences and Languages:
Eligibility for MBA:
A three-year bachelor's degree (10+2+3) or equivalent in any discipline from recognized University with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. Students appearing in the final examination of a Bachelor's degree can also apply.
Application
The application procedure for admission consists of two steps:
1. Written Test
The Written Test JKLU-MET, to be conducted at Jaipur on July 17, 2011. The candidates who have appeared in CAT, MAT, ATMA, JMET, XAT or any other competitive examination will be exempted from appearing in JKLU-MET. Foreign Nationals/ Persons of Indian Origin/ Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries/ Non Resident Indian candidates can be considered for admission on the basis of their GMAT Scores.
2. Application Form
Aspirants are required to fill in the application form of the Institute of Management of the University. To obtain the application form and information brochure, applicants should send a request alongwith a demand draft for Rs. 1000/- favouring "Lakshmipat Singhania Foundation for Higher Learning", payable at Jaipur and addressed to:
