Job Description: 1.Directs and coordinates the enforcement of rules and regulations of the company to maintain order and ensure the safety of personnel. 2. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. 3. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgments 4.Responsible for daily administration management and operation work (e.g. reception, facility arrangement and badge arrangement, logistic support etc.) 5. Responsible for internal security management. 6. Achieve other administration work assigned by reporting manager.
1 Administration management or other related specialty in college degree or above 2. At least one year working experience in office administration 3. Knowledge of administration management 4. Good communication skills in both English and Chinese 5. Can use Office, Excel and other related software proficiently
